1. The service

JobReference provides AI career tools: CV analysis and improvement, cover letters and interview practice.

The tools are currently free. An account is required only to download documents as PDF or Word and to use interview voice mode.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can request account deletion at any time; saved documents will be removed.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or other people's personal data without a legal basis, bypass technical limits, scrape the site at scale or resell the output as an automated service.

We may suspend access in case of abuse or activity that harms the service.

4. AI-generated content

Results are automated suggestions and may contain errors. They are not legal, tax or employment advice.

Always review a document before sending it with a job application.

5. Estimates

Salary and tax figures shown on the site are indicative estimates based on general parameters and may differ from your actual payslip or official calculations.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, site and software belong to JobReference. Content you upload remains yours; you only grant us permission to process it to deliver the service.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost job opportunities or service interruptions.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the published version is the one in force.
