1. Data controller

JobReference is the data controller. For any request about your data, write to info@jobreference.it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier provided by that service.

Content you submit: CV or resume text, cover letters, job adverts, interview answers and audio recorded in voice mode.

Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and aggregated statistics collected through Google Analytics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Delivering the tools you request (CV analysis, letters, interview practice): performance of the service you asked for.

Managing your account and saved documents: performance of our contract with registered users.

Usage statistics and product improvement: legitimate interest, with the option to reject analytics cookies.

Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.

4. Artificial intelligence

Text you enter in the tools is sent to language-model providers to generate the requested output, only when you press the process button.

We do not use your content to train models. AI output may be inaccurate and should always be reviewed before use.

5. Retention

Documents you save stay in your account until you delete them. Account data is kept until you ask for deletion.

Content submitted without an account is not stored on our servers beyond the time needed to process it.

6. Recipients and transfers

We rely on processors for hosting and database (Supabase), analytics (Google Analytics) and AI model providers.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
